JOB DESCRIPTION

As a quality developer, you will work closely with our principals, units, and administration management to analyze, develop, and support the work with systematic quality work. You contribute with your experience and expertise, research-based knowledge, and practical guidance to create the best conditions for improvements and increased goal achievement for children and students. With us, you will have the opportunity to vary your work between operational and strategic efforts. You will have the chance to work and learn together with many people. You will be part of the Culture and Education Administration's secretariat, a workplace with a very good working environment, where you will be one of the colleagues in a well-functioning team. You will be part of the administration management group and the principal groups for preschool or primary school. You will be an important colleague and a close support to the staff of the units.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant university degree in pedagogy for preschool and/or primary school
• Has a heart for children and students
• Has good empathetic ability
• Can build sustainable and trusting relationships
• Has solid knowledge of educational activities in preschool and/or primary school
• Has solid knowledge of systematic quality work within preschool and/or primary school
• Has experience in school development and leading processes for change
• Has a good ability to systematize, structure, ask questions, and reflect
• Is analytical and can translate data into development efforts
• Is a good communicator and collaborator
• Is flexible and can vary your work in many different contexts
• Understands governance and management in preschool and school
• Has experience working in a politically governed organization

Your immediate supervisor is the head of the administration/school head. You will have an office at the city hall in Kiruna center, but your workplace will primarily be at the units where you work closely with the principal and staff.
